Exchange Policy

  • We Offers Only Exchange Of Product.
  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
  • If You Receive damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility.
  • You Also Select Same Product Or Any Other Product From Our Store For Exchange.
  • Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.
  • Exchange Process is Approved Once
  • The products purchased on blueneri.com can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery.Post this,exchange is not allowed.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached & Unboxing Video is Required for Exchange.
  • To request an exchange or replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers must provide a continuous uncut parcel opening video. Videos with cuts, edits, or pauses will not be considered valid.
  • Exchange/Replacement for issues other than damaged, defective, or incorrect product will be subject to approval by our support team/company policy. The final decision regarding such requests will remain at the sole discretion of the website

Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer service team at+91 75740 74754 (Mon-Sat 10:00AM to 6:00PM) to initiate a Replacement request.
  • Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to Exchange.
  • Also attached Unboxing video to our Support Number.
  • Our team will guide you on how to return the item, including any shipping instructions

How To Exchange Products?

  • Customers are responsible for the Exchange shipping. You May Sent return parcel to Our Warehouse Address via Your Own Cost.
  • We Have not Any Kind Of Reverse Pickup Service Now So Careful About It.
  • Note- We Do Not Offer Any Type Of Reverse Pickup Service From Our Side In Both Case You Have To Courier Parcel At Our Warehouse Address. Courier Charges Needs To Be Paid By Customers.(An additional amount of ₹200 is to be paid for the exchange process)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item
  • If You Want To exchange any product You Want To Send parcel to Our Warehouse Address Via Your Own Shipping Cost.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached & Unboxing Video is Required for return.

 

Exceptions:

  • Certain items such as undergarments, swimwear (with hygiene seals removed), and personalized/customized products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events may have different return conditions, which will be specified during the purchase.
